At Moonglow Candles, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following refund policy:

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. We do not accept returns on used candles.

Refunds: Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt to initiate a return. We will replace the damaged product or issue a refund, at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you have not received your package and the tracking information shows that it has been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier for further assistance.
